Dear Cell – love encounters under a microscope: a video installation that offers a sensitive approach of research and delivers a work of passionate researchers working in immunology and neurobiology. Through images and writing, Dear Cell makes us feel the strong relationship that unites the researcher with the research object. the Protagonists of Dear Cell are researchers from CIML (Immunology Centre of Marseille-Luminy) and Inmed (Mediterranean Institute of Neurobiology). Their eyes, their letters and images related to their research topics respond to each other, changing our perception of the relationship between subject and object of research. Big eyes greet the visitor, the observer is observed. Sincere words tell us about the passion for research. Beautiful images of cells captivate our attention.
