In her films, Trinh T. Minh-ha (VN/US/FR) opens up a space for historical and cultural re-memory. Using different narrative modes and constructions, she appeals to the viewer’s thoughts and memories by offering a poetic critique of the ethnographic perspective.

Trinh T. Minh-ha (VN/US/FR) is a filmmaker, writer, composer and professor based in California. Her practice often touches on on feminist and postcolonial issues. She is also a participant of the Traits d’union.s exhibition at Manifesta 13 Marseille.
